Return & Refund Policy
At Disney Farms, our highest priority is placing every Australian Shepherd puppy into a loving, responsible, and lifelong home. While we take exceptional care to ensure our puppies are healthy and well-raised, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. For this reason, we have established a clear, fair, and transparent Refund & Return Policy to protect both our puppies and their new families.
Refund Policy
If a licensed veterinarian determines that your Australian Shepherd puppy has a medical condition that differs from the health records provided, or identifies a serious congenital or genetic defect, you may be eligible for a full refund.
All approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after complete veterinary documentation has been received and reviewed.
If a replacement puppy is requested due to a confirmed genetic condition, written verification from two (2) licensed veterinarians from separate clinics will be required.
Within the first 90 days of purchase, if you are no longer able to provide proper care for your puppy, you may return the puppy for a full refund, subject to a veterinary health assessment.
If our veterinarian determines that the puppy has suffered from neglect, improper care, injury, or harmful environmental conditions, the buyer will not qualify for a refund.
After 90 days from the purchase date, refunds are no longer available for returns based solely on personal or lifestyle changes.
Return Policy
If a puppy is returned within 90 days due to the buyer’s inability to continue care, the buyer is responsible for all return or transportation expenses.
Returns made after 90 days for the same reason will also require the buyer to cover all shipping or transport costs.
If a veterinary examination conducted within 7 days of purchase confirms a medical or genetic condition, Disney Farms will cover all return shipping costs.

Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.

At Disney Farms, we are proud to say that we have never had an Australian Shepherd puppy returned due to health or genetic concerns. Any past returns have been the result of unavoidable personal circumstances, such as international relocation, not puppy health or quality.
Our promise remains unchanged—to raise healthy, well-adjusted Australian Shepherd puppies and place them in forever homes filled with care, commitment, and love.
